Doctors are well experienced. Well equipped hospital however, the admin staff is very unprofessional. Lack courtesy. You seldom get appointment of the doctor you need to vist to. My parents have been visiting the hospital since long. But have to wait three days to get appointment. Even after registering the appointment on phone on there dedicated phone line or in person well in advance it is being informed that your name was never registered. Admin staff are very much responsible to degrade the reputation of this hospital.

hospital pharmacy store is keeping the sanitizers which are expired, and the staff is not at all aware about it , the whole sanitizer set was expired wheni went to buy from hospital store, such an absent mindedness of the staff, you are keeping expired products, and staff is not ready to apologizee too,, pls undergo customer service training

the pharmacy store of the hospital have kept a "lot of sanitizer bottles which are EXPIRED", and they are not aware about it , upon telling the staff that the products are expired, the reaction was extremely cool , they did not feel to say sorry, no guilt, that is super shocking that a pharmacy store of a hopsital are keeping the expired products, have some sense of responsibility to atleat apologize to the patients , because of patients the hospital is getting a business and you are not even feeling to say sorry, terrible

I m happy to say doctor are good but staff and I have acquar semi private room but facility are very poor and toilet not good condition and light not in that but also i have spent my day and night sitting on bracked condition stole . Frequently does request but service very poor .

One of the best hospital in this commercial medical industry Dr Musande sir and Staff don't have words to say thanks. It's not only about treatment, it's about that comfort and confidence you provided in those difficult days. Without that comfort the treatment journey would have been more difficult. Thanks.once again and lots of.blessings from my mom. She is enjoying her life like anything.... now ready for chemotherapy

Very bad hygiene... dirty and the cleaners are never seen tiles are full of spilled medicines which stick to feet it is covered with dust like it has been months they are not cleaning. Specially the dialysis room
