Terrible service overall. Washrooms were unhygienic and not maintained. There was no proper coordination between staff-everything was mismanaged. We had to run around for documents and billing was chaotic. Staff were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy. Not recommended at all.

I went here for one of my family member piles treatment and the experience was really good. They open gate at 8AM sharp and ask everyone to settle down. The ward lady provide you brief introduction about the whole procedure we have to follow. Till 9AM they assign numbers to patient according to registration receipt and continue with check up. Dr. Dinesh was really good doctor and he explain everything properly. The staff are supportive and helping at each point. They give proper instructions to follow after surgery. Just a concern is they dont give enough time to patient to recover from anesthesia and ask us to bring our patient outside seating area so that they can continue with further procedure.

Dont go anywhere else for your musculoskeletal pains. Mr kanhaiyya and other staff are perfect, gives you best physio with great knowledge and practice. I was suffering from lower back pain with slip disc and pain going towards legs and hips. In just 10 sessions, I got complete relief and doing great now. Dont waste your time and money anywhere else.

Very bad experience, I am admitted on 10/03/2025 nearby 7:45PM, they allotted me bed but their staff starting treatment on 11:00PM - 11:15PM in night & without asking anything to patient or their relatives they change patient bed or ward whenever they want & don't care about patient, they just want to make money, very unprofessional staff. Never recommend this hospital to any patient.
