Disappointing experience with Niramay Hospital! I was treated for typhoid, but the real challenge began when I tried to claim insurance. The doctor and staff were completely uncooperative, refusing to provide necessary documents like ICPs and final bills. As a result, my insurance claim was rejected due to Hospital Noncooperation. It's unacceptable that a hospital's negligence can impact patients' financial claims.
