    Worst management, very expensive hospital and the main issue is doctor unable to get patient problem..don't visit... My friend father was admitted for a week 4 days in ICU and 3 days in General ward. Bill comes 1.25 lack , patient discharge on the Thursday next day on Friday Patient again having same issues..

    I am writing this letter with deep pain and disappointment to bring to your notice a serious case of medical negligence that occurred at your hospital, which led to the untimely death of my grandmother My grandmother was brought to your hospital She arrived at the hospital in a normal stable condition but the deplorable state of the emergency room--combined with the staff's behavior--caused her to panic condition She was breathless panicking and required immediate oxygen support, but your staff failed to provide her with oxygen in time Despite our repeated requests no proper action was taken promptly In addition to that she was a known diabetic patient who urgently needed insulin but that too was delayed without any justification. Every single necessary step in her treatment from diagnosis to administration of medication was delayed unnecessarily, despite it being an emergency situation When her condition worsened, your staff attempted CPR, but it was clear that it was not done properly or with urgency The execution was unprofessional and lacked the standard procedures required to revive a patient What is more shocking is that during this entire time no qualified doctor was present in the emergency room to oversee or manage her case Only nurses were attending and even they seemed confused and unprepared Furthermore the Emergency Room lacked even the most basic facilities There was no functioning fan no air conditioning no dedicated oxygen outlet or gas supply and no nebulizer or portable resuscitation equipment available at any point This complete absence of essential emergency infrastructure severely compromised her chances of stabilization and survival. This level of carelessness and neglect is completely unacceptable from a medical institution that people trust in their most desperate times. Had timely medical intervention been provided--especially oxygen, insulin, proper CPR, and at least basic ER facilities Accountability for all staff members involved, including disciplinary action against those responsible A formal apology from the hospital administration Assurance that such negligence will not happen again withany patient Immediate replacement or retraining of all emergency-room staff with proper education on patient communication protocols. It is utterly unacceptable for your team to shamelessly disclose a patient's serious medical condition--such as hypertension--in the patient's own presence. Standard practice demands that such information be shared privately with family members first, not bluntly announced to a distressed individual

    Here the treatment was very most expensive. But the care of treatment was very good. The service of all nurses and ward boy is very good. But the other medical stuf was not good. Management mam was very good. All cleaning stuf was mostly very good. Dr.majid sir is very heartful and giving very good treatment. Reception stuf was moderate. Treatment is very good but very costly.
