From the time of admission to discharge, the hospital staff maintained professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The doctors were knowledgeable and explained every step of the treatment with clarity. Special thanks to Dr. [Doctor's Name, if any], who ensured my father's condition was monitored closely and took timely decisions for his recovery. The nursing staff were compassionate and attentive, always available when needed, and made sure my father was comfortable throughout. The hospital premises were clean and well-maintained, with good hygiene standards and proper protocols followed. The billing and administrative process was smooth, and the support staff helped us at every stage, reducing the stress of hospital formalities. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire Sahyadri team for helping my father recover and making this difficult time more manageable for our family.

Most terrifying experience i ever had. Very Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I had a very bad experience at this hospital. The staff was completely unprofessional and disorganized. I was not given any reports, and there was no proper discharge summary provided, which is extremely irresponsible and dangerous. Despite repeated requests, no one responded properly. The communication was poor, and the attitude of some staff members was careless and rude. As a patient, I expected basic care and proper documentation -- but this hospital failed on every level. I strongly do not recommend this hospital. Basic standards of healthcare and professionalism were missing.

Hospital was very clean and supportive, all the treatment was very swift and doctors are very professionals. My father's Mr. Patil is now fit fine and discharged. Nursing service was good and available 24/7. All the tests and treatment are in time and very quick.

I was hospitalized for 8 days for fever treatment . The food was fine. The basic service and line of treatment were good, but there was an issue with the discharge process. The hospital management kept me waiting for an extra 24 hours, even after the doctors had already mentioned my discharge. Unfortunately, no one addressed this issue. The hospital should work on improving the smoothness of the checkout process. In my case, I had to personally visit the help desk for the discharge process. Also the cost of treatment is high as usual for my fever treatment i spend good amount of money . Service : Room was good Food was good Staff was good Check out processes very worst I am adding only one star because i didn't get the smooth checkout process and I need to take multiple follow ups with everyone which was not expected here

Good hospital.very clean and pleasant atmosphere.All working staff including nurses aya mavshi, mama, and all drs team very cooperative. There was no any hidden charges in bill. All rates are flash on reception area. Regarding treatment i would like to say very nice and perfect treatment . I got discharge in only 3 days and nw im feeling good. Thanks to all staff and doctors. Going to any othr hospital plz visit this hospital .thanks once again

Bahot kharab service hai Dear sahyadri Hospital , you were only 2 days treatment last 3rd day you do not treatment . 3rd day Dr. tells discharge @1:30pm but you discharge patient @11:00pm and not treatment on that day also i was follow up about discharge yours response not well , you cant see my son he is just 1.5 yrs and his situation in that case me and my son that last 3rd day very baseless in your hospital . your 2 days treatment bill 30,000 rupees but in cashless seen in 26500 rupees ,(claim26500+ 2500 cash i m paid), further 3rd day @8,pm my local friend come and flared on you then you start the discharge process . Please cashless patient dont visit this hospital

I would highly recommend sahyadri hospital to all of my friends and relatives the doctors are highly professional and helpful and patient the staff is super professional and always ready to help, cleanliness and hygiene is amazing never had any issues with that and I would highly recommend as this has become my family doctors for life.
