Dr. Matrix Multispeciality Hospital

Worst experience. Doctor only checks if you have mediclaim. Just for Diarrhoea 1 lac was charged. Doctor visit who have no experience was charged in the bill. No cleanliness, i have to follow up with ground staff. Pls think before coming as we have better hospitals in Badlapur now who have mediclaim facility.

Reception staff don't have manners how to talk with patients, all time talking with attitude. We believe that reception is the first face of any organization who has to greet & meet people well, so that patients will feel comfort and will go to meet Doctor with some positive mind for treatment.

Receptionist was cold, grimy walls, outdated equipment. Surgeon ignored my elbow pain, rushed out. Overbilled, no support. This hospital is a dump--don't trust them.

Dr. Choudhary didn't address my spinal pain properly. Treatment failed, and I'm suffering more. Natrix Hospital's a nightmare--avoid at all costs.

!! Matrix hospital !! Worst experience in this hospital,they just scam people ,They gave typhoid treament to my sister and irony is that she wasn't having typhoid,so i will tell how they scammed us ,my sister was having fever n headache so we took her to matrix hospital and there was an RMO Dr pandey he told that my sister is having typhoid symptoms and recommended a blood test and started saline(IV) for my sister ,then the blood report's came and he told that my sister is having typhoid, and told her to get admitted as soon as possible , we didn't got her admitted we told them that we will come for saline(IV) 2 times a day ,later my sister didn't got better with the treatment there , so we took her to another dr in our locality,and he told that my sister didn't have typhoid, Matrix hospital just fooled us for money

My father was admitted in this hospital for kidney stone , Consulting Doctor said operation will be needed and they done the operation after operation my father get discharged in 3-4 days and he is fit & fine , overall experience was very good Thanx to all the staff and Ownerble Doctor's .
