I had a good experience with the doctor and the treatment provided as it's been years with the Doctor Mahajan Sir -- professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The medical care itself was excellent, and I truly appreciate the doctor's approach. However, getting an appointment was extremely frustrating. I was told to call in the evening, but when I did, I was asked to call a different number. Reaching that number was nearly impossible -- they kept disconnecting the call every time I tried, even after multiple attempts. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. I hope the hospital can seriously improve its appointment system. The quality of care deserves better support on the administrative side.
