Patient Reviews
Very Systematic approach, good staffs approach. Cosy place.. This hospital is specialised with a CT scanning system. I Feel very smell in Outside the ICCU area. They are accepting Card payment except for special test. Slow curing rate.
It is a worst hospital and No care is taken for the person accompanying the patient -relative(single person)..specialy in night the hospital do not allow patient relative to rest in their lobby .(even lobby is entirely empty)... If you are coming to this hospital, be sure to bring a mosquito coil..... I humble request Management should be made some facilities for his relative( the @least 1 person who is caring for the patient )...so that He will get some relief (rest) at least to a small extent ....Most of the patients are coming from outside the Akola...!!
Hospital hygiene - There is good focus on maintaining genral hygiene & cleanliness all through the day in the form of sweeping and mopping the floors. Accessibility - There is a ramp alongside stairs at the entrance of hospital to help people of all age groups. There are lifts available to reach floor 1 to 3. Lifts are very busy through the day and move very slow. Something the management could fix. Seating arrangement for patient's relatives - Ample seating available outside and inside the premises. Well maintained with necessary items like ceiling fans and lights. Good arrangement. Security measures - Staff is well trained and strictly follows the rules around crowd management. People, as always, are not great at following rules. Hospital management is doing their best here. Parking - Given the number of people visiting the hospital their parking is just about enough. Security guards are alert and act fast to ensure access road remains free. Critical Care - The ward is organized, has necessary equipments, machines, etc. Staff is available round the clock and responsive to the needs of patient as well as active in their interaction with patient's relatives. Doctors are experienced, sensitive to the needs of patient and family members. They are available and accessible which helps patient & patient's relatives be aware of what's happening and next steps.
Worst treatment and wrong diagnosis. They admit people in ICU and their pace of treatment is not even matching the standard of general ward. My father got admitted in ECU in midnight, CT Scan done which was normal then they ask to go for MRI around 4.30 AM and they did not even checked the report till 9 AM. I was not able to understand whether my father was actually in a serious condition or not. After all these things, doctors couldn't tell me what exactly was happened to my father. On top of that the hospital was not willing to discharge my father they were just continuing different tests and analysis.
I am very glad to give my opinion flow best hospital in Akola. It like a autonomous hospital in a roof where all advance features facilities to patient. It's a life saving critical hospital where consultant doctor and all staff very superb for their services while treating to patient and confirm and counselling to us / relatives is very good.
Nice staff neat and clean, good services at affordable price
3rd class hospital. It's not a hospital it's a slaughterhouse of Akola. BHMS doctors are there in the ICU. Don't care about patients at all. Kindly avoid treatment here if you care about your life
