Dr. Ujjain Heart Hospital

There is only heart in the name of hospital, other than that the doctor or staff is not much aware about the treatment related to heart. Please don't go there, there no/minimal facility in the hospital. They will Loot & rob ( they charge 3000 per day for IICU , 1000 for monitor in that and 1200 for oxygen in the IICU with services & other fake charges) along with vague guidance. There no general ward, full hospital is in IICU, IIICU etc. The procedure here is too slow, they take at least 2 days to do reports like echo etc. In my case there are some blockages in the heart but he suggested there is no need to carry out angiography and misguided us, fortunately all fine with insertion of 2 stent.

Well. If all you want to spend a lot of money for minor things , you must visit this hospital. Trust me I paid 10000 rs for 12 hours treatment of my father for nothing. Next day , I got him shifted to CHL indore and then I got some relief. I still wonder what were the expenses. I have bad opinion for them. Cleanliness is not maintained and staff is poorly trained. The hygiene is non existent. I trained myself to avoid this place henceforth

Worst experience, it doesn't even seems like hospital, unhygien, dirty place. Staff is uneducated, they don't even know how to talk to a patient and take care of unwell person. Dr. Chirag Desai heaped unnecessary charges without prior information. They are just looting people, avoid this hospital instead find any better options in the city.

Excellent services. Dr Chirag Desai's personal attention and excellent communication with each patient is highly appreciable.
