Hi, I had a good experience taking treatment at Birla hospital. Dr. Kanchan Sharma ,my gynac is quite experienced, gives good advice to the patients. In my case also she handled it very calmly and didn't let me panic in the situation at any time. She handled all the things herself. She specializes in infertility cases.

The service is good and the staff behaviour is also good but my mom was admitted in iccu she was alright but in 2nd day her Condition was a little bit of bad but it was not in the doctors hand and they don't told it to us before at the last time they told us and we cannot do anything she is No more

Totally farji hospital, no one here for care for emergency specially in case of pregnancy. I came in night at 3:30am but no doctor was available here & staff behaviour was very rude. They said that dr Manisha Agarwal denied for addmission due to absence of aneshesia dr. You guys understand that a biggest hospital of satna don't have any one of giving anesthesia in case of emergency on pregnancy & they just refer a patieant to another hospital only.

They make patients wait for sonography even when there is no waiting to make them go out of hospital for sonography...this is the third time this has happened. And please teach your staff to talk properly...this is most common complaint of your hospital.

Very cooperative staff, and skilled and experienced doctors. The problem is with the administration. U have to run here and there while your ongoing treatment. Receipt on one counter, payment on other. Reports on one and so onn. The worst part of the whole hospital is its pharmacy. Its very very slow. For buying a set of medicine you have to wait for an hour. Pharmacy needs to improve. Its a hectic job to buy medicines from there. Rest all is good. P.s - Try Dosa in the canteen on the first floor. Its delicious.

The hospital is clean and hygienic with good infrastructure, but crowd management is very poor. Punctuality is also lacking, and the behavior of many staff members is very unprofessional.

Worst hospital ever they only make money not able to identify the actual root cause and only they make bill and atlast when patient become more critical they said take to higher other hospital And also the behaviour of nurses gaurd in ICU is worst ever and even the patient is in critical condition they didn't allow the patient to meet their parents I have experienced all these experience better to take some other hospital in starting don't go there i request all
