I am writing about the behaviour of a both receptionist at your hospital on date 14 July 2024 . I visited the hospital with my mother ,who was scheduled for an appointment During our visit ,the receptionists behaviour was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, both the receptionists was rude,dismissive,and unhelpful but also exacerbated an already stressful situations for my mother and me

Behaviour of staff and both receptionist rudely.not supporting.

Not cooperating staff and worst Hospital
