I'm writing to share serious concerns following my family member's recent stay at your hospital. It's been over two weeks since the air conditioning system stopped working across the facility. Despite this, no effective alternative arrangements were made -- my family member was admitted to an "AC room," but there was no AC. However, was charged for the AC room and facility. a noisy tent-house fan was provided, which was extremely uncomfortable and hardly a solution. Beyond this, the basic standards of hygiene and patient care were deeply disappointing: The toilet was filthy on arrival, with vomit from the previous occupant left uncleared. Housekeeping staff did not clean the bathroom regularly, and basic services like changing pillow covers or offering sponge baths were completely ignored. Patient requests were disregarded, and there seems to be no structured system for addressing or even noting down these needs. While management may check in occasionally, operational support from MOD, housekeeping, and canteen staff was severely lacking. Overall, the experience has left us feeling frustrated and concerned -- it seems the hospital is functioning more on luck than effective operations or patient care. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to tangible improvements. No patient or family should have to endure such conditions in a healthcare facility. "I have received hospital response saying share my number and details to discuss my feedback" how are we supposed to share our details with them?

MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE. BEWARE. It's a Diabolical place, doctors and nurses treat patients as objects. We lost our Mother at shalby jabalpur in two days. They have the most unhygienic ICU and insolent nurses, Their cafeteria serves terribly unhealthy food for patients on TOXIC DIRTY UNWASHED plastic plates. We took our mother there for a check-up, She was diabetic, has kidney and liver issues, cellulitis in her legs, but she was in good spirits, Completely aware and without any swelling. She started developing complications after 24 hours in the ICU, She could not sleep, The nurses had thrust a heavy oxygen mask on her face which caused our mother endless agony, Her body swelled up, she couldn't eat a bite. They inserted many IV drips into her via arms and then neck. Her urine output dwindled. Though it was normal while she was admitted. She was admitted on Friday evening on 28th Feb. Condition irrevocably deteriorated by Sunday. A nephrologist dr jain was supposed to come for dialysis, he simply did not show up on Sunday only the liver specialist Dr Manish Tiwari came for a round and left everything to the nurses. My Mother couldn't survive the intervening night and passed away around 3:30 am in Monday morning due to "cardiac arrest". The nurses and doctors will shoo us away and not even at least stay near her while she gasped for breath and struggled for 30 hours. There are a lot of questions about the proceedures they undertook inspite of knowing that Their IVs and medicines will cause her swelling. The entire body had swollen up. They ruthlessly put up an act of CPR to waste time before declaring her demise. In those moments of grief and chaos we didn't know what happened but those greedy people serving there as doctors and nurses were involved in gross negligence. Our mother had hopes and desire to live more however these modern day demons called doctors have become a money counting machine . They billed us approx 2.75 lakh in two days. Please save you loved ones and never enter shalby jabalpur. We won't get our mother back but hope to pursue them for the truth.
the basic standards of hygiene and patient care were deeply disappointing: The toilet was filthy on arrival, no regular cleaning in room and toilet even on demand no private room available They kept new born baby(with her operated mom) in sharing room (where patient had major cough problem) basic sense was not there Housekeeping staff did not clean the bathroom regularly, and basic services like changing pillow covers were completely ignored. Patient requests were disregarded, and there seems to be no structured system for addressing or even noting down these needs.
Really love the facility provided during my C-section delivery and My Doctor is really good in directing me throughout my pregnancy Dr.Charu Pathak. I really liked OT staff who has supported me during the time of C-section.,Esp Sangeeta OT in charge & Ranjeeta .
I woul suggest please don't go based on review here. The reviews forced by reception once you finish connsulting. The Service is not good, I brought my nephew to get admit here. The are charging for ac icu, though the ac is not working. I checked review immediately, just in case found there is already a complain in the post a week before and It appears the ac is not working for atleast 7 days
I visited hospital for my wife's first delivery. Nursing staff was good. Our doctor Avani Agrawal also very nice to us. But doctors and staff present in operation room was very rude and completely unprofessional. They were my wife treating like she is not a human being. In each and every step of her delivery, the whole staff was demotivating her. It is really really bad.
This nurse from the night shift staff Was so loud with the patients and with the family members Was talking to us in an very inappropriate manner Even she was sooo loud and was taking by showing the finger or else by pointing out Sooo unprofessional she is If shalby will not have look onto this Then we have to personally file an fir against her
When you come here, the staff themselves take your mobile and come and give you the rating of their hospital.I am saying only one thing, coming here is equivalent to losing your money and your own person, the staff here is very ill-mannered and there is no good facility of doctor as well. The doctor comes in the morning, after him no doctor comes to follow up or take rounds, no matter how serious the patient isThere is no improvement in the condition in which your patient comes. The doctor is careless and negligent and leaves it to the staff nurse. Some nurses sit here and gossip. Also, there is zero percent cleanliness here. It has been 4 days (21/05/25 to 24/05/25). There has been no cleaning at all. There is no sign of the broom being brought. The bathroom stinks. The bedsheet is not changed for 4,5 days and the poor patient gets upset. When someone gets admitted in ICU here, where do his family members sit and stay? There is no facility and when they talk, there is only fight and quarrel. Please no one should come to this hospital. For this, the government should take strict action and close this hospital.
