Overall service and infrastructure is ok but the staff especially the pharmacy needs to be more responsive and responsible towards the patient they just don't know themselves what to do next they just stand like statues this should be looked upon with due consideration

Worst....Worst...Worst....Galaxy Hospital is the worst hospital I have ever seen. I had gone there to check my mother's Heart related issue. After doctor consultation , they have admitted for 2 days, even they didn''t ask if you want to do hospitalization or not. When it comes to Cash less , they will deny initially , also they told that Ayushman Card is only for surgery. Their Nurses are not at all skilled.They didn't give medicine prescribed by doctor.They have very bad administration. Discharge of the patient took 9 hrs, they won't discharge until they loot all your money. I would recommend not to go to this hospital.

Bad experience This hospital does not prioritize patient care. They see patients as customers rather than individuals in need of medical attention. Please avoid this hospital

Third class lootera hospital and management... I lost my little baby at this worst hospital.. I advise everyone don't admit your patience, they don't treat properly..

No need to rate this hospital but failed to give a review without one star rating. Please save your family never choose this hospital for any kind of treatment because I have lost my mother after open heart surgery which was done for minor septal defect (a small hole filling) Doctors performed three surgery, without informing my family as first surgery was found failed they did it again and again blood loss was high they ask for 9 unit blood 7 PRP, 9 FFP we have arranged all the required things including medicine and injection all needed things for my mother but failed to get my mother in normal stage. My mother was admitted on dated: 09/05/2024 and I have lost my mother on 24/05/2024 all Doctors (specially cardiothorasic surgeon and neurophysition) are careless and negative attitude wearer's without hvng emotions and feelings. All are froud and money maker's.

Very bad service patient is 2:00 pm admit no treatment and avoid talk, behevior very bad No treatment final bill 1day Rs.. 10270 all some every charges on the bill

No we don't " I wish I could rate this hospital below 1 star but anyway Will come straight to the point this hospital is a fraud scam and trickery literally looting people "PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO HERE IF YOUR READING THIS REVIEW" FROM THE BILLING DEPARTMENT TO THE HOSPITAL STAFF EVERYONE JUST SEEMS LIKE IF THERE TO SNATCH AWAY MONEY FROM YOU They literally throwed over bill in front of us which we paid saying it's an old bill and it's not completed you have to pay the new bill and made a new bill of additional amount of 20,000 ruppes The Whole discharge procedure of the hospital took 6 hours to complete after making payment at 12 PM they discharged the patient at 5/6 PM Please save yourself money and time
