Dr. Baderia Metro Prime Hospital - Jabalpur

I recently had my mother admitted to Metro Hospital, and I would like to share our experience during her hospitalization. From the time of admission, the hospital staff was generally supportive and professional. The admission process was relatively smooth, and we were guided well by the reception team. The doctors were knowledgeable and provided clear explanations about my mother's condition and the treatment plan. Their regular rounds and willingness to answer our concerns gave us a sense of reassurance. The nursing staff deserves appreciation for their patience and care. They were prompt in attending to my mother's needs, managing medication on time, and ensuring hygiene. However, there were occasional delays in response during night hours, which I believe can be improved. The hospital's cleanliness and facilities were up to standard. The room was well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did their job regularly. The food provided was balanced and suitable for patients, although it could be improved in taste and variety. Billing and discharge took a bit more time than expected, but the billing department eventually helped sort things out after repeated follow-ups. Overall, I would rate the experience as satisfactory. The quality of medical care was dependable, and while there were minor areas that need attention (especially response times and discharge efficiency), I appreciate the efforts of the medical team for taking good care of my mother during a difficult time.

Baderia metro prime hospital is my top choice and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors,staff, services and overall ambience, especially the nursing staff behaviour over the past few years I've had to visit frequently and each time I've felt completely at ease here. Even when I recently met with an accident and could have been taken to a closer hospital i insisted on coming to metro hospital because I trust the doctors and their quality of care. Without a doubt this is the best hospital in jabalpur.

I can't overstate how good my experience was at the hospital. My father was diagnosed with a gall stone, and on the advice of Dr. K.K. Verma - a practicing doctor at the hospital - my father got operated. The laparoscopic surgery, also performed by Dr. K.K. Verma, was smooth and within a week he got back to being normal. Dr. Verma was extremely supportive, giving appropriate information throughout the journey, and clearing any doubts we had. The OT staff very humbly informed us about all the benefits and risks that were involved in the operation, but in no way trying to scare us. Besides the operation that mostly depends on the skill of the personnel, I want to state just how amazing the hospital experience was as a family member of the patient. I can't imagine I'd ever say this for a hospital but after 5 days of our stay it almost started to feel home. The interaction with every staff member, whether it be from the nursing, cleaning, administration, cashless dept, doctors, pathology, pharmacy, was friend like - but at the same time professional. I could see just how willing everyone was to HELP. Every process right from admitting to discharge happens seamlessly. No one's a slug here. If they tell you a work can be done at so and so place, it WILL be done at that place. You'll not be making circles around the hospital. Multiple staff members at the pharmacy makes it easier to take medicines, with each staff member doing a specific task like packing, billing, returning medicines etc. While still the crowd at the pharmacy can be overwhelming at times, I can see this is an issue that would exist anywhere due to high population anywhere in India. There's a dedicated department, again with massive staff, that handles Medi-Claims and CGHS work. And how can I forget the PRIME Cafe - the canteen, truly prime. I think the food is better than some 4-5 star hotels out there. You could order anything right from your room, and a person would deliver it at your doorstep. A phenomenal experience it was. I just wish the hospital maintains this quality throughout. It will surely attract more people. However, with increasing demand maintaining the same quality would be challenging and if it does the hospital would be Jabalpur's best. Keep it up!

Hospital is located in a good place. Very near to bus stand.all staff and nurses are easy to approach and their services towards patients is highly appreciable. Only one hospital in jabalpur district having full of equipment and doctors and nurses. Doctors service are is fantastic.

Metro hospital jabalpur...The behaviour of the nursing staff is very good. My mother admitted in metro hospital her treatment was good. We are very satisfied. Special thanks to nursing staff, cleaning staff, managers all staff are good.
