From the reception to the nursing team and doctors, everyone made sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my treatment. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern medical facilities. The doctors are experienced and take the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. I especially appreciated the prompt service and the caring attitude of the support staff.

This is a very bad hospital. If you are in any way scared, you will be put in ICU and asked to undergo surgery directly, even if your condition is fine.

I had a terrible experience at Dayal Multispeciality Hospital in Agra. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, both to me and my family. Their behavior was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, the services provided were subpar and did not meet even basic standards of care. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone; there are much better options available in the area. Choose another hospital for better service and respect.
