I had an excellent experience at Medicare Hospital in Indore. The entire staff, from the reception to the doctors and nurses, was extremely professional, courteous, and compassionate. I recently visited medicare hospital and was quite satisfied with overall experience. The treatment provided was professional and efficient. Medical staff, including doctors and nurses were attentive , knowledgeable and compassionate throughout the process.

Recently, i visited here for my father check up from DR. RAJENDRA LAHOTI , a senior doctor and he denied for the checkup because we came here from 300 km far away from indore without any reference ,they behaved rudely and As, a result we need to go to visit another hospital. Thank you for your response. However, I am not satisfied with it. In my opinion, the doctor did not fulfill his responsibility. Every patient who has paid the consultation fee and traveled from a long distance deserves proper attention and care. It is the duty of the doctor to attend to each patient sincerely. If a patient is not satisfied with the consultation, they have every right to seek a second opinion from another doctor. Patients expect respectful and thorough treatment, and when that is not provided, it becomes a matter of concern. I hope you understand the seriousness of this issue and take appropriate action.

It was great to get operated here. the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The nursing staff, duty doctor and the cleaning staff were very cooperative and aligned towards their work. We were highly satisfied.

We had an extremely disappointing experience due to repeated negligence. The hospital gave us incorrect lab test results THREE times, which delayed the operation by over 15 DAYS. This not only caused immense mental stress, but also forced us to pay out-of-pocket for injections, two external doctor consultations, and repeat the same tests twice outside the hospital. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the hospital staff offered no support, explanation, or responsibility. Truly unacceptable service.

We recently entrusted with the care of a 3-month-old child, and the experience was devastating beyond words. Following an operation, the child was shockingly not shifted to the ICU for post-operative observation, leading to hours of crying in distress without proper care. Calls to the Dr went unanswered, and the lack of professionalism and accountability from the medical team was appalling. This negligence led to the tragic loss of the child, leaving the family shattered and burdened by an irreversible pain. This hospitals are doing only business and don't have emotions. Pls be careful. This is genuine review sharing with you all . Don't be just go on the name of big hospital.

Exceptional services, the entire staff is humble, the nursing staff goes beyond to take care of the patient, the security personnel provided his own vehicle as my vehicle is parked in nearby parking.
