Dr. Medanta Super Specialty Hospital, Indore

I visited this hospital recently and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The response from the staff was dull and unenthusiastic, making the environment feel unwelcoming. The biggest concern, however, was the slow service. From registration to consultation, everything took much longer than expected--even though the crowd was manageable. There seemed to be a lack of coordination, which added to the delay. Healthcare should be prompt and attentive, but unfortunately, that was missing during my visit. Hoping the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving the efficiency and attitude of the staff.

Worst experience at Medanta. My father had bypass surgery here, and his arteries got blocked again soon after. The doctor left the hospital, and no one took responsibility. Staff is careless, communication is zero, and doctors seem inexperienced. Most positive reviews are fake. Please don't fall for the hype. Think twice before trusting them

Very good healthcare service at Medanta hospital..I went for checkups as I was facing 2 issues at a time. First I was checked by General physician Dr. Wadhwani and then by the ENT Dr. Kinger, doctors were very professional and kind. They provided me with the sufficient treatment and assured me with kind words. Staff members were also very supportive. The hospital hygeine and other facilities are also well maintained.
