Vatsal sir is a very good doctor and a good person who gives the right advice and treatment and does not get unnecessary test done without reason. Sir's assistant Madhav sir also listens to the patient very well and answers all questions with simpleness.

Very bad behavior not attend emergency pt he is service chest pain and 12pm to 2:15pm doctor has no time to attend then after we consult OTHER DOCTOR AND HE ATTEND IMIDIETLY BEFORE 25 PT VERY BAD DOCTOR don't go their on emergency and most important no refund of my consultancy fees

I have no words to explain my feelings in words. But overall Vatsal sir is very down to earth soft spoken and vey highly expertise in his field. I personally highly recommend Vatsal sir any cardiology related problems and query. The way he explained everything is very impressive On behalf of my mother and on my personal behalf I heartily thank you. Not so good experience. While we all really appreciate the successful Angioplasty and subsequent post surgery treatment done by Dr.Vatsal kayal for my brother in law Mr.Suresh Pradhan at unique super speciality hospital Indore which I shared on video feedback day before the discharge, the monetary experience was pretty bad. The cost indicated was increased by almost Rs.35000/- with flimsy reasoning. I had to argue and explain to various officials of the hospital authorities to make corrections to the amount charged. This was unwarranted and left a very bad taste. Did not expected this from both the reputed Doctor like Dr Vatsal and more so from a unique super speciality hospital. However CEO Ms.Nutan gave me patient hearing and understood the issue and then agreed to make corrections to the amount charged. To avoid this kind of ambiguity and misunderstanding, I suggest a written estimate be given or better have standard communication of the various packages and then obtain written consent from patients or their relatives. This will boost the image of the hospital as well as treating doctors and also the patient would know the cost upfront. Hope this is implemented at the earliest.

Dr Vatsal Kayal is very knowledgeable and dynamic Cardiac specialist. I have had three occasions when I referred him patients. His counselling and diagnosis is excellent and all the three patients were extremely satisfied with his work. Wish him all the best.
