Doctor Manish Porwal is Worst Dr.; he is very greedy and rude. Ayushman card holders are bagger for him, if you are paying cash, he talks good but if you are coming for Ayushman card use he will never talk to you. Doctor Porwal and his assistant talks very rudely with Ayushman card holder. I visited CHL CARRE hospital Indore for my mother's heart volve surgery, he said "lets plan surgery by tomorrow or day after tomorrow" but when I said about Ayushman card using, he said why Ayushman card you don't have money ? and stepped away to his cabin asked me to check date with assistant doctor. I waited whole day to get surgery date and his assistant given me next month date.------- ok fine. We waited entire month and waiting for surgery date, a day before surgery his assistant calls and says "You surgery is postponed, will give you new date". When I visited hospital to request for date she said, very rudely "we don't have bed, you are free to go other hospital if you find bed" and asked me to leave. Again, waited to 4 hrs to get new date and they given 20days later date. My mother health getting more critical, so I managed to fund and visited Shalby hospital and done surgery in one week. Never recommend any one neither Manish Porwal nor CHL CARE. CHL CARE claims that Ayushman card holder welcome but this is scam. The patient has come to you with great hope, and you don't even listen patient, thinks about money only.
