*Feedback Regarding Appointment Experience* I had a disappointing experience with my recent appointment. Despite booking midway through the clinic's schedule, I was informed only upon arrival that the doctor hadn't yet arrived, and my appointment was rescheduled 1.5 hours later. When I called to reconfirm, I was assured the doctor was now at the clinic -- but even then, on arriving again, the doctor was still not present. I completely understand that doctors may have emergencies or delays, but being given incorrect information twice and no regard for patient time is deeply unprofessional -- especially at a clinic of this repute. I hope the clinic can implement more transparent and respectful scheduling practices moving forward.
