Extremely Disappointing Experience - Will Never Return My mother was recently admitted for colon surgery, and she was discharged today. Unfortunately, our entire experience at this hospital was nothing short of horrible. Starting with the nursing staff - they were completely unprofessional, inexperienced, and often downright rude. Response times were incredibly slow; it would take them 15 minutes or more to respond to a call, even in situations where the patient was clearly in discomfort. I had to repeatedly request basic assistance like changing IV bottles or emptying the urine bag - many times they just ignored the request altogether. One particularly disturbing incident involved a nurse bruising my mother's arm while attempting to insert a syringe. His hands were literally shaking, and he kept inserting the needle incorrectly until we had to demand someone more experienced. The room conditions were equally unacceptable. We had paid for a private single AC room, yet the phone didn't work, and the staff rarely came to clean. If this is the level of service in a private room, I can only imagine how bad it must be in a general ward. Despite raising complaints throughout the stay, nothing improved. At the time of discharge, we were slapped with a 7,000 unexplained service charge - no one could clearly explain what it was for. On top of that, they added over 100 "disposable" items to the bill, which are not covered by insurance. These totaled another 11,000, and there was no way to verify whether those items were even used. Overall, our experience was deeply frustrating and stressful. This is the last time I will seek treatment here or recommend this place to anyone. Patients and their families deserve better care and transparency.

No proper place to Sit. Doctor is also GOD knows where....Patients are standing and waiting for doctor. Charges are 1320/- just to see the doctor and service is such a pathetic no sitting place. Atleast Hospital Management should think about this. What kind of service is this from CHL.

Overall hospital staff are helpful. Guidance they give to the patient is correct and make it easy for patient to find particular department. Hospital staff behaviour is also good Dr. Present here treat well

Truly Impressive experience! I recently visited the health check up department for full body check up of my parents I must say the entire process was incredibly smooth and professional. Right from counselling to report dispatch and final consultation ,thr staff was courteous, well organized and punctual. The facility was clean hygienic and well maintained. I got multiple test and no delay seen.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for hassle free health check up.Excellent service ,caring team.
