I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff at Dalmia Clinic. Despite multiple visits, I was consistently given false assurances about consulting with the doctor. Each time, I was told I would be accommodated, yet upon arrival, either the doctor was unavailable, or I was made to wait unnecessarily. This lack of professionalism and poor time management is unacceptable. It seems the reception staff either lacks proper coordination or deliberately misleads patients. I would not recommend this clinic unless they address these issues and show more respect for their patients.
