I received excellent care at BMIR for my kidney stone treatment. The doctors were professional, the staff was supportive, and the environment was clean. The treatment was effective, and I'm now recovering well. Highly satisfied with the overall experience.

As I m patient of this hospital in stone operation and felt very proud to have such a wonderfully treated by all staff and doctor..they personally attend me of every issue ..service was good, hygiene was proper...only take a time in discharge process rest of this ,I would like to appreciate...

All medical and helper staff is so humble and helping they treat patients like family member. I highly satisfied with the treatment and service of this hospital. I want to give a big thanks to each n every member of this prestigious hospital for its services and care. Nursing staff is so humble polite n soft spoken . The only humble suggestion from my side is that this ward needs few ceiling fans bcoz AC should not facilitated at all time due to new born n new mom & would be mom needs it. So if possible kindly provide few ceiling fans to this most important ward. Thx a lot for ur fantastic services.

Facilities are good. But you are claiming insurance then discharge will be painful. You have to run here and there for things. Also they will make sure whatever was initial estimate, they will fill it either via excess medicine bills or making you stay for long. Some doctors are really good like the plastic surgeon Dr. gupta. I would say in Gwalior one of the best option but based on surgery type you can look for hospitals in cities like Delhi.

I was admitted in this hospital from the railway side, that is, all the expenses of my treatment have been paid by the railway. I was shown admitted in ICU ward 117 in the documents here, but my entire treatment was done in the general ward where neither the toilets were clean nor the behavior of the security staff was friendly. The catering facility was fine. The security staff behaves very rudely. Nursing staff also was not sincere about their patients.

In Birla Hospital, only one ultrasound machine is available for OPD and IPD patients, for which there is a long queue from morning till evening, due to which the patients have to face a lot of problems.
