Dr. Mittal hospital

I went to Mittal Hospital in District Dhar Madhya Pradesh to get my wife's target scan done. I reached Mittal Hospital at 12:45 pm. I went to the reception and told them that I have taken an appointment for target scan and I have got the date of 31st March. The receptionist asked me to stand in the queue. After making me stand in the queue for 10 minutes, he asked me to go to the sonography room to confirm the appointment and then come back. Which cannot be called good management. Then I went to the sonography room and came back after confirming the appointment. Then the receptionist made me deposit 2500 and asked me to go back to the sonography room. Then I went back to the sonography room and showed the slip. Where patients who came without an appointment were being given token numbers, I was also given the same token and was told that your number is 42. On this I said that I have taken an appointment 10 days ago then why am I being given the token number with them, Sandhya Madam present there said that you have to come according to this number, go and wait outside. It was almost 3:00 pm while I was waiting. Dr. Sudeep Mittal's mobile number was pasted on the complaint box, on which I called at 3:10 pm. Dr. Sandeep Mittal who was very polite said that I will call the staff and tell them that your appointment has been done and they will call you soon. Then at around 4:00 we were called for sonography, then we were made to sign the sonography consent form, then the sonography staff sisters said that the sonography doctor is not there right now, you can come when the doctor comes, till then wait outside. After 15-20 minutes, the sonography doctor came at around 4:30, then our sonography procedure was started, then at around 5:30 the sonography report was prepared and given to us. Thus, even after taking the appointment, it took us 4 and a half hours. This means that there is no value in taking advance appointment at Mittal Hospital Dhar.
