I had an absolutely horrible experience at hospital . From the moment we entered, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. The waiting time was outrageous -- even in an emergency, we were made to wait for hours without any communication or urgency. The doctors seemed in a rush, barely spent two minutes checking the patient, and gave vague answers to serious concerns. The nurses were inattentive and unprofessional -- we had to constantly chase them for basic things like medicines, water, and even test results. Cleanliness was another big issue -- the washrooms were filthy, the rooms were not properly sanitized, and overall hygiene seemed neglected. Billing was a nightmare too, with hidden charges and no proper explanation. It felt like the hospital was more interested in making money than treating patients with care. Overall, I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. If you value your health and peace of mind, stay far away from

My father had a heart attack. From recommendations I brought him to arogya hospital. We had a very supportive and fulfilling experience there. Dr. Hande , the attending doctor diagnosed the issue very professionally and even made us understand the problem very well. The hospital was well equipped with all the necessary machines . Also The staff behaviour and overall care was very good. Special thanks to all the nurses and ward attenders.

Very bed experience with treatment of my grandpa first time we visited and admit after 5 days grandpa discharged and cleaning staff not cleaning anything not changing diaper that cause badsoure .but we manage and recover at home .after 1 month again we go for checkup they admitted to icu after three days discharge again with badsoure

They make ur patient more serious even they are not ... jab tk 10000 tk bill na pahucha de tb tk discharge na karege ye fees vo fees mila ke apko ullu banayege ...
