Just run away from this hospital. Management is so pathetic that you'll start thinking that the hospital is managed by kindergarten kids. No proper communication, no proper management, there is nothing like punctuality for them, they just want to suck down all your money. The staff don't care about the patient but they mainly focus on who drank the water from their bottle.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Apple Hospital. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, which only added to the stress of my visit. Additionally, the overall service facility was subpar, with long wait times and lack of proper communication. As a healthcare provider, patient care and respect should always be a priority, but unfortunately, my experience here was far from that. At the end they look for money. Once patient admitted in their hospital they won't much care as they know the billing is started now. Think thrice before admitting your patient for delivery. I saw them they were discussing about the money which I have paid for anesthesia and they didn't include it in Medi Claim. Nurses behaviour was very poor, they think that they are Dr here. I recommended one of friend to admit his wife somewhere in Maharashtra, they care too much and cost is average. Overall money is everything for hospital, that's it. Hospital charged 78,000 for for cesarean. I hope they address these issues to improve their service in the future.

Hospital is worst. ICU staff sleeps in night, 1000 Rs charged for 5-7 min use of Oxygen (without need), in a small city, doctor visit fees is Rs. 1000 per visit, staff threatens the relatives by calling security if they question. Security person threatens about their CCTV. Only good thing is Dr Mahajan who may not be aware of these staff related issues and bahaviour.

I'd like to share a review regarding my recent experience at this facility. The staff's behavior was quite disappointing; their attitude came across as arrogant. What struck me as odd was the behavior of the receptionist. She seemed to be there to assist patients, but instead of providing information or guidance, she was rather harsh and shouting at patients. It left a poor impression and made me wonder if there were issues with her compensation. Overall, my experience was less than satisfactory, and I hope the management can address these issues for the benefit of all patients.

Good Hospital, Best Doctors, Satisfactory services, very clean hospital

I visited over there for my delivery. My experience was very bad. I was in Mumbai till 7th month. Pooniwala madam is very rude and money minded. I had cervical stitches and she refused to remove it even if it was my 9th month. My mumbai doctor was telling me to get my stiches removed as i had good chances for normal delivery. But pooniwala madam kept insisting that she will remove it at the time of delivery. And eventually told us that we have to do cesarean. And in fact i consulted with other doctors they told me that i have good chances of normal delivery. But here in burhanpur apple hospital has good facilities as compared to others so I had to get my baby delivered here.

This hospital is made to loot people. Dr chandan bhole directly ask to patients weather they have insurance or not ....if you said insurance they triple your bill ....they even suggest to get admitted even in small cases ....they are cheating people like any thing....for small fracture they charged me 30000 k and again cheated for 10000 k
