The one star is for the treatment by the doctor subroto mandal. Rest of the staff is very rude, they charged the double they mentioned in the cost estimate. The hospital is not at all clean washrooms smells disgusting and lack water. They did not mentioned the additional charges before and added extra services charges which were unnecessary. We have to wait 3 hours extra just to bargain. Don't even provide basic facilities like food and water for patients. Family members had to bring these by themselves. They took around 5 hours to prepare the discharge papers and the bill. Destroyed the mental peace and wasted the whole time. Will never recommend this hospital to anybody. Apart from all the negativity dr. Subroto is good.
