Maybe, he could be a good doctor, (we abandoned his treatment) but he should not describe any critical situation with patients or infront of patient. Rather he could discuss with relatives in personal, specially when you r dealing with "Heart Patient", who can not take stress. More into admiting the patient in hospital "unnecessarily", doesn't treats the patient with medicines first ( when medicines can improve the situation).
