Though I am using the schedule of medicines as per your recommendations. But after 4 days I missed the dose of Amalong for 5 days and then again started to follow this. Now the BP is almost more than 135/110 and it may reach 150/112 near 19.00 hrs.I know it is my fault which has occurred under conditions beyond my control. In case you can suggest on phone on WhatsApp, please do so. I came here on marriage but now it is cold and am unable to move due to severe cold.
