One of the Worst Experiences at Bansal Hospital - Extremely Rude Guards I had one of the worst experiences at Bansal Hospital recently, all because of the two security guards posted at the ground floor entrance. Despite having the required pass and following proper procedure to replace myself with my elderly parents, both guards behaved extremely rudely and disrespectfully. Instead of offering basic courtesy--especially to senior citizens--they raised their voices for no valid reason and started making unnecessary comments. When I asked them why they were behaving this way, they had the audacity to argue with me, escalating the situation further. It was disgraceful and humiliating. When we come to a reputed hospital and pay high charges expecting quality care, the least we deserve is dignity and respect--not this kind of arrogant, insensitive behavior from front-line staff. These guards are a terrible representation of the hospital and completely ruin the trust we place in such institutions. Bansal Hospital seriously needs to hire staff with basic manners and training in how to speak to patients and their families--especially the elderly. No matter how good the doctors are, first impressions start at the entrance, and these guards are dragging the hospital's name down. Hopeless and disappointed.

All the facilities at this hospital are really good. The doctors are doing a great job and are always available to help. The nurses take good care of the patients, and the hospital maintains a high level of cleanliness. Overall, it's been a very positive experience.

My dad went through a surgery in this Hospital just recently. The surgery was done by Dr. Vishu Jain. He is an exceptional doctor. Really nice and amazing. He gave us a very simple explanation on what the problem is, how the surgery took place, how they proceed and also cleared all our doubts and questions. The service was also very great. We stayed in the Deluxe room and it was clean, big, and provided with all the necessities. There were multiple nurses available all the time for any help. The process of billing to the health insurance company is also done very smoothly. The experience was outstanding.
