Dr. IQRAA Community Hospital - Vazhakkad

I highly recommend Dr. Fais Riyas, the skin specialist at Iqra Community Hospital, Vayakkad. He is especially good at treating conditions like psoriasis and other serious skin problems. He listens to patients carefully and provides the right treatment and guidance. I personally had a very positive experience. He's a trustworthy and skilled doctor for anyone facing skin-related issues.

staffs with very cool behaviour. Helping minded. But the Ent department ,Doctor Febin . I guess he's a "doctor" who has a degree from some 3rd class college. Such a rude behaviour towards patients. I thought I only had a bad experience from Dr.febin . But I got to know that many patients had such experiences from him . Iqraa hospital should remove him from ent dept. If iqraa management makes a detailed query among the patients, they will get to know more .. I never suggest patients who are supposed to visit ent there if the mentioned doctor is still there in ent dept .

Doctors, Nursing staffs are really good. But the customer service is very poor. Patients come to Iqraa due to their trust in hospital and the management, but this impression is gone with the service we receive. The staffs act as if the patients are availing free service from the hospital. Iqraa needs to train their staffs. If there is shortage of staffs, they need to address these issues rather than giving a hard time to their limited staffs and their hard attitude is passed on to the patient's bystanders.

Very bad experience from staff, not every one, but some of them are very rude and very bad behaviour, Deeply disappointed.. Im not publishing the name of that staff, becouse of humanity Infront of skin department Its annoying Not recommending 19/Aug/2024 12:30 pm

Very bad experience. Worst nurses and doctors. Better treat in medical College

Best hospital in Edavannappara location. Old Dineshan's hospital. They charge only 10 rupees for Normal OP and around 130 rupees for Specialized doctors. Need to improve the facilities.
