Dr. Indo American Hospital

Hii Came to know about the hospital recently. A family acquitance referred us to Dr. Parameshwaran at this hospital. Initially had doubts about going so far in my condition as am undergoing treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis and was finding it hard to walk. But I must say we made the most positive decision of going and seeing the doctor. A very pleasant doctor, atmosphere , facilities, all made me a 50% better immediately. The staff was so humble and helpful , assisting with the wheelchair and taking to the areas needed for various tests to be done . I must say the waiting time at the hospital to meet the doctor, getting the tests done and for the results to be handed over is 100% worth. Would like to recommend that if needed anyone or everyone must make a visit ... Will surely bring the change needed. A perfectly happy Patient

Haven't got much of an experience for an elaborate rating. Did spent a day over here. The elderly male security staffs whom ever I have interacted were very polite, friendly and professional. There were two eateries, and inbound canteen which closes by 9:45 and a Cafe like facility within the premises which closes by 7:30 and remains closed on Sundays. The canteen food was fair, didn't try the other one. Overall cleanliness of the hospital and the rooms and bathrooms are good. There appeared to be a long wait to consult a doctor. The location is about 3 kilometers OFF main road and this is an isolated location.

Very experience with me today 05/07/205 .... With the consultation dr sajeev vadakkedam... I got appointment on 10 o clock and I got the token number is 6 ... I wait more than 2 hour and there is no token numbers doctor is calling by personally with our token... I wil not refer to anyone to this hospital

Very Disappointing Experience! My friend had a terrible experience with this hospital. Even after her child was diagnosed with H1N1, the hospital refused to admit them. Despite our repeated concerns, the doctor dismissed the situation and didn't even bother to take an X-ray. The condition worsened and progressed to pneumonia, eventually becoming critical. We chose this hospital because it was nearby and we expected timely care. But the lack of urgency and proper medical attention was shocking. This kind of negligence is unacceptable--especially when a child's health is at stake.

All people who come to this hospital should get the best treatment available anywhere in the world, and no one should be denied treatment here because they do not have money to pay." This inspiring message from the founder greets everyone at the reception of the hospital, reflecting a noble vision. In line with this vision, the hospital offers comparatively reasonable charges and specializes exclusively in neuro and spine care, with several renowned doctors available. However, the management is struggling to maintain an effective system. Despite prior bookings, patients experience a waiting time of 5-6 hours. The hospital's reviews are predominantly negative due to these operational issues, overshadowing the presence of skilled doctors. Suggestions from patients and their relatives are not being addressed, leading to a very unsatisfactory situation. It is a humble request to the management to modernize and streamline the hospital's operations in alignment with the founder's vision.

I have a lot of gratitude to this place. I saw multiple reviews saying that the place was too crowded and the wait to meet the doctor was too long. However my experience was r much different but wasn't unpleasant. I took my mom for a checkup and Dr.Kurian was spot on with the diagnosis . We then had to get her MRI done which though took time but wasn't too time consuming. Meeting the doctor again with the report was fairly quick. During the entire process we had our breakfast and lunch from the canteen and it was decent. One thing which stood out for me was that the doctor didn't ask for any unnecessary medication or tests. It was a very convincing experience. Doctor took his time out to explain the case to us. BTW my mom had severe lower back pain which caused Sciatica. The tests are relatively economical and I felt the costs of medicine were decent as well. It wouldn't be very fancy as a hospital for the name it carried but I would highly recommend this to anyone suffering from spine and brain related ailments. Keep up the great work Team Indo America.

This hospital is a speciality only for Neuro and spine. Rooms are available for in patients and emergency cases are taking care. All doctors are very nice and taking care of the patients. Parking facilities are available inside the hospital compound and outside also. Hospital maintaining the canteen and food nice / cheap.

Bad experience and no time management here!! They waist our time... They not valued for our time.... Very worst experience here.... Bahulayan was know about start a hospital... but they don't know about how to manage hospital....
