The doctor was confident and composed, explaining every step clearly and making quick decisions when required. During the most difficult contractions, the nurse held my hand and coached my breathing, and I felt like I wasn't alone for a single moment. Their teamwork, professionalism, and compassion created a sense of safety even when I was in pain or exhausted. Whether it was guiding me through pushing, adjusting my position for comfort, or just offering emotional encouragement, their presence gave me strength. After delivery, they continued to show care--not just for the baby, but for my well-being, both physically and emotionally. I'm deeply grateful for the unwavering support I received. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dr Sinduja V A for referring Dr. Mathew K Olekkengil.Very effective treatment. Medicines are prescribed only if necessary. Nursing staffs are very cooperative. Just a small suggestion - improving the discharge processing time could help patients leave more smoothly.
Very bad experience. Takes lots of money and have no feelings for the patient. My grandfather was not even treated nicely even after taking 8-10 lakhs just for tests. His urine infection was not even said to us even after taking lots of tests. They thought that my grandfather is old so let it be let's just take his money and leave him to die After that when we went to another hospital we came to know about the infection. Better not visit. Want to share patient details but don't know where to.
Excellent service with a highly dedicated team. The doctors, nurses, and housekeeping staff provide top-quality care and support throughout. The security team is also very helpful, especially with parking assistance and during discharge. Little bit expensive, but Overall, a great experience with professional and courteous staff.
I had received very good services with the help of PRO Isabella. I came to this hospital for my first delivery and the nurses in the labour room were very friendly and caring... I received treatment from Dr.Deepthy and was fully satisfied with her treatment and support.
Charging fees to visit patient for emergency case. Very worst approach towards patient and relatives. It is not matter of 20 RS, but approach and system. First time such wicked approach experienced even though visited many reputed and high class hospitals across Kerala. Shame Sun Medical!!
Please train the staffs operating the lifts to talk to the visitors in good pleasing manner.i am mentioning the lift no: 2 we are visiting hospital with at most tensions and sorrows. So please train staffs to behave in a manner that never effects the visitors mental strength.i have an impression that sun hospital takes care these things with at most care .
Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior at Pharmacy billing staff I am extremely disappointed with the service in this hospital pharmacy billing staff. My elderly mother went to the pharmacy after her doctor's visit, but when it came time to fill her prescription, they did not provide her with the necessary medication. She knew she had some of the medicines at home, so she chose to not purchase them. While making her selection and asked to the billing staff how much for the amount of money for selected medicines , the pharmacy staff rudely questioned her about her choices , which made her feel uncomfortable. She was alone at the time, and being elderly, she was not able to fully understand the billing process. She was unsure about the total cost, and instead of being guided through it politely, she was met with rude and unhelpful responses. The hospital management really needs to ensure that the pharmacy has staff who are not only knowledgeable but also treat customers with respect and kindness, especially the elderly. It's unacceptable for patients to experience this level of unprofessional behavior. This was a terrible experience, and I hope it's addressed to prevent future incidents.
