I have never seen such a dirty canteen in a hospital before. I showed the picture to the PR team, but I'm not satisfied with their response. Patients and hospital staff are eating there.

Bad experience with the casualty staff. My mother needed some stitches removed, and they denied service, stating the original procedure was not done there. On explaining that the injury happened out of state while travelling and have the paperwork for the same, they didn't bother replying and walked away. Never coming again.

Had a friendly and supporting atmosphere. Nurses and Staff are very cooperative. Canteen must be improved in the terms of service of staff and availability of food.

I had a hernia and then I was treated in many hospitals in Thrissur district. The surgery performed in this hospital under the supervision of Dr. Preshanth was very successful and I was completely cured.In my opinion, this hospital is better than other hospitals for this treatment. Especially the friendly approach towards patients and their family from the staffs and a very clean and hygienic environment that they provided.

"I would say -- never go to this hospital. My mother was suffering because she had a tumor in her stomach. They did surgery there. Even after the surgery, she continued to have abdominal pain. She was admitted there for about a month. Since the pain did not reduce, we went to another hospital, and that's when we found out that her small intestine had become obstructed. Because of that, my mother had to undergo two more operations. We had to go through a lot of hardship."
