I've visited here a few times with my father for different reasons, and honestly, it used to be really confusing trying to figure out where to go or who to ask for help. But this time was totally different! There were staff members in the front area who were incredibly pleasant and helpful, clearing up all my queries. It seems like some great improvements have been made at the management level. This is a really good start - keep it up!

Some of the doctors were quite arrogant and didn't bother explaining things properly -- not naming names, but it really affected the experience. Security staff also had an unnecessarily arrogant attitude. On the positive side, the nurses were genuinely kind and helpful, and the social work department was professional and listened well. The way they collected feedback at the end was actually impressive. Too bad the overall vibe didn't match that effort.
