Significant improvement required in every field. Doctors should communicate better, spend quality time evaluating patients. The so- called dietician is just useless, prescribing expensive whey protein food for critical patients in the ICU, simply to overcharge patients. Canteen and servers are dirty and this place is a health hazard. Kerala is reported to have good medical facilities but it seems not true. Only bright spot is the nursing staff, polite and helpful.

My father had to undergo a keyhole surgery for inguinal hernia there. We are very happy and completely satisfied with the expertise of the consulting doctor Dr. Madhavan and the careof the nursing and all other staff. The service was efficient and the canteen also provides great food. I thank the hospital for the care and concern with which they took care of my father!!

I had a very positive experience at Aswini Hospital, Thrissur and would recommend it for medical care. Recently I had taken my mother to Aswini Hospital on an emergency following a fall. Dr. Shruti from the Casualty team promptly diagnosed the issue and informed the Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Rony Cherian about her condition. On arrival, Dr. Rony, an expert in his field, patiently explained the whole situation to me and family and addressed all our concerns to our utmost satisfaction. At that point in time, when it was very difficult to take a decision seeing her age, Dr. Rony's reassuring words were very comforting. Even the PR team, especially Mr. Akhil and Ms. Tushara gave us immense moral support and extended all possible help during our entire stay at the hospital. The surgery was successful. The post-surgery care, facilities and rehabilitation under the able supervision of Dr. Rony helped my mother to wade through the situation with ease. The Nursing Staff were also very attentive, kind and polite. I also acknowledge the helpfulness of every support staff in the Bone and Joint Foundation of Aswini Hospital. Hygiene standards being maintained in the hospital, both of the patients and cleanliness as a whole, is highly commendable.
