I recently did a Master Health Checkup at Amala hospital and had a great experience. The process was smooth, with minimal waiting and clear instructions. All tests--blood, ECG, X-ray, were done efficiently in one place. The facility was clean and well-maintained throughout. One lady staff member truly stood out with her kindness and care. She guided me like a family member, making me feel very comfortable. The doctor gave a detailed explanation of my reports. Staff were polite and helpful at every stage. Highly satisfied and would recommend this checkup to others!

Not get a fan in front of ICU. People are waiting for their relatives with tensioned, but out side of the medical icu, there already higher humidity and hot whether. But no have seen any fan, cooler a gently opened window, or ac. This is a main fault of the hospital Management.and the some staff behavior was so rude, The dark blue uniformed staffs. They standing infront of the lift and the ward sections. Other wise hospital another all departments staff and the services was so good and politely

My father recently underwent surgery at Amala Hospital and am pleased with the overall care received. The surgical team demonstrated professionalism and expertise, ensuring a smooth procedure. Post-operative care was attentive, with regular check-ups facilitating a steady recovery. A special mention to all the duty nurse from Ward 60 ( St.Marys Block) , whose pleasant demeanor and dedication significantly enhanced my comfort during the stay. Their empathy and responsiveness were truly commendable. However, I would like to suggest that the hospital should consider on reducing the time to provide discharge summary and making the rooms more spacious to improve the experience for patients and their families.

While the hospital services have been satisfactory, I must strongly raise a concern about the disgraceful conduct of the female staff members assigned to assist with parking. Specifically, their behavior towards two-wheeler riders is shockingly rude and discriminatory. If you arrive at the hospital in a car or other four-wheeled vehicle, you are treated with basic courtesy. However, if you enter the premises on a two-wheeler, these two women--employed/hired by the hospital management--immediately display a demeaning and condescending attitude. Their tone is offensive, their language is unacceptable, and it is clear they wrongly assume that anyone on a two-wheeler is of a lower economic status and can be spoken to with disrespect. Such class-based discrimination is utterly shameful, especially in a place that should prioritize compassion and professionalism. I wish the hospital management to take a note of this unacceptable behavior and provide proper training to their staff on respectful and unbiased customer service. I would strongly advise anyone visiting the hospital to either use a car or hire a four-wheeler if they wish to avoid such unpleasant treatment.

I went to the hospital the other day. I felt that one drawback was that the patient assistant in the ward needed a bed to rest on. It would be better if there was a curtain between each bed.Everything else is good. All stuff well behaved.
