Dr. TSC Hospital

My father was admitted to TSC Hospital for a minor procedure. Dr. Ninjas was pleasant and provided very satisfactory treatment. The staff was friendly, and the nurses were polite and caring. I would like to suggest that the staff at the canteen need to improve their customer service, as they seem more focused on collecting payment rather than catering to customers' needs. A better attitude towards customers would enhance the experience.

I had a surgery there. I initially came for a second opinion, but the attitude and communication from Dr. Suni (Gynaecologist) and Dr. Abdul Latheef (Surgeon) changed my mind. I decided to proceed with the surgery there. As someone with no prior surgical experience or even a single stitch, I was terrified of the surgery. However, Dr. Suni's approach greatly helped alleviate my fears. Dr. Shareef and Dr. Ansha, the anesthesia specialists, also treated me well. The way Dr. Shareef consoled me during the surgery reminded me of my father. His words, "onnoola mole pedikkanda," still echo in my mind. Whenever I was conscious, his gentle touch on my forehead was reassuring. Although the surgery was more complicated than expected, the entire team handled it smoothly. (Due to some unexpected conditions the surgery was conducted 2 weeks prior to the planned date m) In the surgical ICU, nurses like Karthu, Parvathy, and Rakhi were incredibly caring and friendly, making me feel like I had known them for a long time. Their attention and care were exceptional, and their friendship felt priceless. On the ward, I met other wonderful nurses, including Anjali, who was cool and open-minded, Ajana, who was responsible and friendly, and Ansi, who was sweet and approachable. Even the cleaning staff showed concern for my well-being, asking if I was in pain. I'm grateful to each and every one of you for your treatment, responsibility, attention, friendship, and compassion towards me. Their professionalism, welcoming nature, meticulous cleanliness, clear communication with patients and families about health conditions, and openness to answering even silly questions are truly impressive.
