had an extremely disappointing experience at this Ramakrishna hospital. The hospital staff showed zero concern for patients, and their lack of urgency was shocking. Despite patients waiting in pain, the nurses and receptionists were more focused on chatting among themselves rather than attending to those in need. When I arrived, there were several patients visibly suffering, yet no one seemed to care. I personally had to wait for hours before even getting a basic check-up. No updates were provided, and when I asked about the delay, I was either ignored or given rude, unhelpful responses. The worst part was the attitude of the doctors. They seemed disinterested and rushed through the consultation without properly listening to my concerns. I felt like just another number rather than a patient who needed genuine medical help. A hospital should be a place of care and compassion, but here, patients are treated as if they don't matter. The management needs to seriously improve staff training, communication, and patient care. Until then, I would strongly advise against coming here for any medical treatment. If you truly value your health and well-being, look for a hospital that actually cares about its patients.

Patient Reviews
According to other scanning centers,Best price MRA SCAN available. And we can experience with patient inside scanning room. Its my first experience in MRA ROOM. MRA staff were very helpful and polite. They explained each and every thing very clear. Parking available always very busy hospital.
Can say it's a good missionary hospital, charges are moderate, doctors are very supportive and helpful, the doctors do not recommend for unnecessary tests or medicines. The doctors understand the patients need and act accordingly. The patients are never at unnecessary pressure for unwanted treatments or related matters whatsoever it may be. Hospital is listed with most of the insurance companies. The staff is also very cooperative. Hospital has got reputed doctors and inpatient treatment is also there. Ample parking space for 2 and 4 Wheelers inside the hospital compound as well outside the hospital.
Slow service, there is no token facility. The patient had to wait for so long to get their turn. Really slow, tortoise is much faster than these doctors
This hospital visit was, unfortunately, the worst experience of my life. The management was incredibly poor, leading to terrible time management. I faced excessive wait times, which significantly impacted my overall experience. The equity and OP booking section was particularly disappointing. The staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional, and their lack of knowledge about the hospital itself was shocking. However, I must commend the security staff for their excellent behavior and professionalism. The pharmacy also provided a positive experience. While the doctors I encountered possessed great skill, the long and unnecessary wait times diminished their positive impact. On a positive note, the hospital was clean, and the costs and charges were reasonable.
Dr. Elane Joseph I am so angry and heartbroken over what my friend's mother (Sobhana O) went through at Sree Ramakrishna Mission Hospital. She went in for what should have been a simple hysterectomy and ended up dealing with multiple complications caused by a surgical mistake. After she was readmitted, my friend immediately noticed signs of something wrong -- including urine leakage. But when they told the doctor, it was dismissed as a urinary infection. They even prepared discharge papers as if nothing was wrong. It wasn't until they insisted on further tests that a CT scan revealed a severe injury to the urinary tube, caused during the original surgery. A second emergency surgery was done, but it wasn't even fully explained to the family. The most disturbing part is that the hospital didn't take responsibility for their mistake. They didn't disclose the second surgery in the consent form and left my friend's mother with permanent damage. This negligence has ruined her life, and my friend's family is now left dealing with the aftermath. I would never trust this hospital with anyone's health.
Missionary hospital which provides affordable treatment at the same time don't compromise on the quality of treatment. Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful, it has speciality departments like Cardiology, Respiratory, general medicine. Cath lab is still not available here which I think is a main drawback. There is ample parking space for 2 wheelers but not a lot of 4 wheelers.
Private sector with local treatment. Only the name is ashrama hospital every bill you will call hohh my god... if you are a middle class or blow middle class don't go there!
