I'm very happy to take my OP ticket from the kiosk. It was easy to operate and saved me a lot of time. The process was simple and user-friendly, with clear instructions displayed on the screen. I didn't have to wait in a long queue, which made the experience much more convenient and stress-free. It's a great initiative that improves the overall hospital experience, especially for patients who need quick access to services. First and foremost, Dr. Beena Sathayabhama deserves our deepest gratitude for her exceptional care, experience, and compassion throughout my wife's delivery. Her guidance gave us confidence and peace during such an important moment. A special thanks to the labour room nurses, who were extremely supportive, patient, and caring during the entire process. Their dedication and kindness truly touched our hearts. We are also very thankful to the NICU team for their prompt attention and expert care. Knowing our baby was in safe hands gave us immense relief. Lactation counselor Lincy was also a great support, offering guidance and encouragement to ensure a smooth breastfeeding journey for the mother and baby. A big thank you to Pediatrician Dr. Roshith J Kumar, whose gentle and clear approach helped us understand every aspect of our baby's health and well-being. We would also like to appreciate PRO Officer Sunitha, who was very friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout our time at the hospital. The nursing staff, public relations team, and all the support staff ensured that our entire experience was smooth, clean, and comfortable. We felt cared for every step of the way.

I am very satisfied with the care provided at SK Hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Aswin in the Pediatric Department for his kind and professional approach towards my son's treatment. I also had a good experience with the Dental Department, where the staff was caring and attentive. Thank you for the excellent service.

My dad recently admitted in SK hospital and gt discharged now.We had the privilege of experiencing exceptional care and service ,after an accident admission.Unfortunately the accident incident happened in the same hospital premise.We express heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding treatment received, particularly from Dr. NC Sreekumar,Plastic surgeon .His consultation ,clear explanations, and personalised attention helped alleviate our concerns and ensured a smooth treatment process. The nursing staff were also supportive and attentive. Along with these medication side we impressed with the proactive involvement of the Quality Department. Their regular checks, prompt responses to concerns, and commitment to excellence were evident . Their efforts ensured that any issues were addressed promptly, and my dad received the best possible treatment.We had the insurance coverage and billing procedures were also quick. I have visited SK hospital last week. The appointment and treatment was found satisfactory.. Nursing and cleaning Staffs are approached so kindly. One bad thing i noticed that the inter relation between the staffs and managers found not good. While waiting in op section its found that some shouting and arguings from admin room and while at washroom area itself the same lady manager arguing with the staffs with bad words infront of patients also. We all are employers to spme organization, but this mental harrasments are not a gud thing for your estimed organization in hospitality field. As a bystander and a patient we are visiting gud hospitals like this are expecting a pleasent faces and kind attentions to overcomes our dear onces illness and mental supports. As a hospitality care taking its not a gud practice to treat all visitors attention in this bad way. Requesting the management to handle this scenerio and take neccessary advice and action to the concern department admin i think their name is like Ms. jayalekshmi, post of Admin to make the system more friendly and providing calm and gud atmosphere for the visitors. Now a days, the cool mentality of staffs and management are the key for the peoples to choose a gud hospital.

It was a very pleasant experience at SK Hospital when I had to take health tests there. Right from the entrance, staff were commendably courteous and guiding us to the counters and labs concerned. Ladies at the IP & PR counters and the CGHS counters were exemplary. It was a welcome change from our last visit when there was no proper guidance and nobody was seriously attending to the visitors, Wholeheartedly congratulate the management and HR Manager for the pleasant change and for the facilitation and support provided. Please continue to maintain the same standards.

Visited SK Hospital a couple of times. Very easy to reach from all parts of the city. Nice ambience and staff behaviour. All basic amenities like canteen, cafeteria, photocopy etc are available. Ample parking space. Only negative is that can get quite hot inside during summer.
