We were recently admitted for my daughter's adenoidectomy, and I'm truly grateful for the care we received. Well organised right before admission to discharge. Special thanks to Dr. Arun and Dr. Unnikrishnan (Anesthetist) who performed the surgery. Dr. Arun was incredibly patient in explaining the procedure, answered all our questions with clarity, and made us feel confident about the process. The surgery went smoothly, and post-operative care was prompt and thorough. Thanks to the entire team, my daughter is now recovering well.

Deeply Disappointed - A System That Needs Urgent Fixing I visited Geethanjali ENT today for a follow-up, traveling over 50 km on the advice of Dr. Arun's father, Mr. Balachandran, specifically for an audiology test. To save time, I called ahead. The staff member who answered confidently said no appointment was necessary -- just walk in. Reassured, I arrived by 10:30 AM and was told there weren't many patients and I wouldn't have to wait long. What followed was hours of waiting with zero communication or clarity. After an hour, my wife asked a nurse about the delay, and we were told I'd be seen after three patients. But time kept ticking -- one hour, then two. Walk-ins kept pouring in. The waiting area was full. Yet the token numbers didn't move. Each patient consultation took nearly 30 minutes, and still, no explanation was offered. I approached the nurse again, politely asking for clarity -- not to argue, just to understand how the system works. She responded respectfully, but ultimately said, "Only Dr. Arun decides who to call next. I have no control." Even more confusing was when I was told to approach HR if I had concerns. HR? What role does HR play in patient handling? Are they now also responsible for managing clinical queues and experience? This confusion, lack of process, and complete absence of transparency is shocking for a clinic of this repute. This isn't just about me -- it's about every patient who sits silently, waiting for hours, drained and helpless, because they believe the doctor is the best. But no expertise justifies disorganization or misleading your patients. If you're truly one of the best, then let your system reflect that. Don't waste people's time. Don't hide behind titles and roles. Don't train your staff to say things that aren't true. People deserve honesty. They deserve a basic level of communication. They deserve respect. Today, I left not only disappointed but disheartened. I came with trust. I left with regret. I will never return -- and I sincerely hope others demand better. Your reputation doesn't give you the right to play with people's time or hope. You have the resources. You have the people. You can fix this -- if you truly care.

We are extremely thankful full to dr arun b nair , my friend's wife has been treated with thyroidectomy before 2 days . We are extremely happy with the treatment and personally thankful to all nursing staff.

I did my cataract surgery recently.Very good care, before and after surgery, individual attention is given. Byestanders are treated well. Dr Ambika Shetty was my Doctor, explains all proceeds in detail and made me so relaxed during the process. Lab facility and physician is available.

5/5 Dr. Arun B. Nair is an exceptional doctor. I had been searching for the right place and doctor to remove stone from submandibular duct and came across several hospitals in UAE as well as in Kerala and most of the doctors suggested to remove entire submandibular gland. But Dr.Arun B Nair suggested to perform a submandibular sialendoscopy(stone removal with stenting ) instead of removing entire gland .Moreover none gave me the level of confidence and reassurance I felt at Gitanjali eye and ent hospital with Dr. Arun B Nair. The care before, during, and after the procedure was top-notch. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and grateful I chose Dr. Arun and his team. Highly recommend for anyone considering this procedure, any ENT and opthalmology related surgeries!
