Went to the casualty at Cosmopolitan Hospital for an emergency. The nurses and doctors were very responsible and caring. Treatment and tests were done quickly without any delay. Payment and billing were also fast and smooth. Nurses were calm and took good care of the patient. Doctors were patient and explained everything clearly. All the medical equipment and facilities were very good. Only visited the casualty section but the experience was really positive.

Best hospital in trivandrum in my opinion. Not at all money centered. Rates are very affordable. This hospital stands out for prioritizing patient care and well-being, guided by morals like humanity and compassion. The kind-hearted staff and their good behavior towards patients create a positive and supportive environment, making a significant difference in the healing process. Such dedication and empathy are truly commendable.

I am a doctor myself. If 0 star was an option I would have opted for that. Came from Kollam to visit endo and waited for 1 hour to know that the appointment was full. Only10 op. Very bad management policies

Too much waiting for elevator and Its really annoying. Food in canteen is good. But worst behaviour from cleaning staff

The doctors and other staffs are good, But felt,the security guards are really unprofessional, has no respect for patients who visit the hospital. Was treated like I was visiting some government hospital or primary health centre. Even government premises have become far more welcoming, and here after paying hefty consultation charges,still has to face such rude behaviour.

Visited Dr. Joy Jyothis from the Urology department for a second opinion about my father's surgery. I chose him thinking he's a senior doctor and might give better advice. But honestly, it was a disappointing experience. I had already done all the required scans and tests from one of the top hospitals in Kerala, where I personally know the quality of the machines and lab. Still, he didn't even bother to look at the reports. Instead, he told us to redo the same tests from an outside clinic he recommended. It really seemed like he was pushing us toward that specific clinic for his own benefit. Sad to see a senior doctor acting this way, especially when patients come in hoping for honest guidance. Dear patients, please be aware and don't blindly trust just based on seniority. Ask questions and don't fall into these traps.

One of the Best hospital in Trivandrum. Treatment is costly but services rendered by them are best, far away better than Govt. Medical College Trivandrum Pros: They have experienced doctors and 24x7 working staffs. They provide sufficient care and support to patients. All the floors are well maintained and equipped The building is fully air-conditioned Staffs are very friendly and the doctors too. They will update the patient condition periodically Well equipped medical instruments ICU was well equipped Canteen facility is available. Which is very well maintaine. their is a small store for snaks, chocolates and soft drinks. Visiters are allowed under a strict time schedule. Plenty of parking space is available Lift facility available Mini stores available for having brewed coffee and tea and snacks items You can claim all your health insurances for the treatment. Emergency services are very responsive. Pharmacy available You will be will be cured for the price you spend. Cons: Treatments are very costly for an ordinary person who doesn't have any health insurance. Canteen food items are not upto the mark for the the price Parking found to be little congested and the pavement for the parking of patients needs taring or interlock. Block A and Block B is very confusing.
