The hospital service is very good and kind and attentive. Thanks to doctor Mili mam and dr. Reshma for their continuous check ups and hopes and taught me a lot about the conditions faced by both of my daughters (3.5 and 1.5 yrs old) and the attending nurses were a great help. Never let us down. The hospital rooms were excellent and clean and especially hygeine and made sure to do it twice a day. Food was also provided at the right time and sharp. Clean utensils and good food. Thank you for the service and everything provided to us. Will recommend to anyone to attend ananthapuri hospital as they provide the right and good treatment.

Patient Reviews
This is more than a review, it's an experience... I had to rush my son with a medical emergency at the casuality by 5pm..The team of pediatrics did an excellent job, Jr.Dr.kavya and team under the guidance of Dr. Reshmi- chief pediatric specialist present took the first hand process to save my child. The case was taken by Dr.Mili & Dr. Reshmi pediatric expert, they very generous and extremely good at clarifying the situation. Then the Pediatric ICU team, lead by Dr. Athira and Dr.kavya- my extreme gratitude to both of them for their prompt action to put my baby on advanced machines to get the breathing back to normal..by 1.30am my son was able to recover slowly.. Now a Pediatric ICU with excellent nurses is a blessing.. Nurse Archana, Rukhsana, Kavya, Gopika, Remya, Shania, Roshni, Sanija..on the shifts on 11-04-2025 till 13-04-2025 were excellent. They really know how to keep the kids happy and active.. The food, the PICU security guards- shobha (colonel security services) and team, the nursing team near the rooms, cleaning staffs were just very pleasant and prompt. The rooms were clean, wide, smells good and hygiene with all the facilities. We are extremely happy and satisfied Overall I would give 4.5 rating for the experience we had for 3 days..I recommend anyone who wish a great service and great treatment to visit Ananthapuri hospital, Trivandrum.. Thank you Mohammed Ikan Director - Society for Training and Development, Lakshadweep Consultant Trainer for DoPT, Delhi and Kerala Police Academy.
Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for the exceptional medical assistance provided by Ananthapuri Hospitals and Research Institute, Chacka, during my wife's second delivery. Dr. Bindhu Purushothaman, our incredible gynaecologist, offered unwavering support and genuine care throughout the entire process. Her team's emotional and mental encouragement was invaluable in helping my wife navigate the challenges of labor, culminating in the joyous arrival of our baby girl. We were particularly touched by the remarkably reasonable cost of 62,000 for both my wife and our newborn, especially considering the nearly 24 hours my wife spent in the labor room and the comfort of AC for us bystanders. From the very first pregnancy confirmation to our discharge, our total expenses amounted to a surprisingly affordable 90,000. We deeply appreciate that the hospital never recommended unnecessary scans or tests. The attentive nursing assistants during the postpartum period were fantastic. After a healthy five-day stay, my wife and our precious daughter came home. Thank you, Ananthapuri Hospitals and Research Institute, for providing such outstanding care and for helping us welcome the most special person into our lives.
I had an excellent experience at Ananthapuri Hospital during my father's angioplasty procedure. From the very beginning, every single staff member - right from the reception to the maintenance team - was caring, empathetic, and professional. A special mention to the CCU and Cardiac department nurses, who were extremely attentive, friendly, and quick to respond during times of need. They ensured my father received medicines on time, constantly checked on him, and went above and beyond to make us feel supported during this tough time. Dr. Bahuleyan, who performed my father's angioplasty, is highly experienced and handled the procedure with great precision. Thanks to his expertise, my father recovered quickly and comfortably. The support staff, including the cleaning team and canteen members, deserve equal appreciation. The cleaning staff kept the rooms spotless throughout our 6-day stay, and the canteen team ensured timely and hygienic meals. The insurance desk and administrative staff were also very cooperative, making the paperwork process smooth. Overall, I have absolutely no negative feedback - every single person we interacted with, be it the receptionists, nurses, doctors, insurance associates, or even maintenance staff, showed genuine care and professionalism. I am truly grateful to Ananthapuri Hospital and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality care with a compassionate touch.
I had an extremely distressing experience at Ananthapuri Hospital, and I feel compelled to share it so that others are aware. I visited for a medical procedure, but the behavior of the staff and doctor was shockingly unprofessional and deeply disappointing. At one point, a nurse even questioned my bystander about my whereabouts in a manner that made it feel like I was under some sort of criminal investigation, not a patient seeking care. What affected me most was the attitude of the doctor. Despite being in severe pain, I was met with mockery and an utter lack of empathy. Her tone and demeanor were cold, dismissive, and inappropriate for someone in her position. The experience was traumatic enough that I hesitated to return for further procedures, even though it was medically necessary. To make matters worse, there was zero guidance offered about what to expect before or after the procedure. I had to reach out to a friend, who is also a doctor, just to understand my own condition--because the doctor in charge was incredibly rude and dismissive when I called to ask for clarification. I would never return to this hospital if I have any other option, and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone I care about. I have refrained from naming the doctor out of respect for the medical profession, though her behavior did not reflect that dignity in any way. That said, I fully intend to file a formal complaint against the doctor with the appropriate authorities, because no patient should have to go through what I did.
I'm very thankful to Anandhapuri Hospital for the excellent care they provided to my mother. The doctors and staff were kind, attentive, and professional throughout her treatment. They made sure she was comfortable and well looked after, and we truly appreciate the support we received. Highly recommend this hospital for their dedication and care
I took my mother to ananthapuri hospital for her cardiac treatment under doctor Bahuleyan. care given by the staff was very good. They made my mother feel relaxed and comfortable. The hospital has modern facilities and the team works so well together. This is surely one of the best hospitals in trivandrum.
I am a patient from Oman , I went to this hospital for treatment. First, I would like to thank all the efforts made. Second, I will mention some points that need to be amended for honesty and credibility, including that the doctor does not take the patient's medical history , doctors see the patient randomly without a treatment plan. Every day they say the treatment will be the next day without credibility. Examples of medical negligence include: I did not ask if I have an allergy to some medications or if I had undergone operations before, so that the treatment would be clear. Second, some of the nurses are good in their dealings and others are negligent. There is negligence in some doses that I did not receive, and if you call the nurse, you must wait at least 4 hours for her to come. Also, the services in the rooms sometimes have a malfunction in the air conditioning or electricity, and permission must be sought for any other program, for example, nutrition informs the patient and family if they need nutritional advice or not. We also faced difficulty with the patient's papers. When I entered the operation room, no one asked me if I had dentures. Finally, I thank the ICU nurses for their efforts and dedication to work. I hope you take my points seriously for getting better service.
