The doctors in the psychiatry department namely Roy Abraham, Joice Geo, Liza Sic all are bad at heart. No compassion towards patient and overload with harmful pills. Each time I had about 10 pills to swallow. Immediately i developed hand shiver, weight gain, poor eyesight, speech trouble, and many other which remain to this day after four years.They harass the patient and bystanders. Very cheap.The patient is not given the information about the side effects of medicine beforehand , no medical ethics. Making personal and vulgar comments. Worst treatment methods. No timely care or attention. The junior doctors are always angry or stupid. Overall it's better to destroy this dungeon in the hospital. Don't suggest this department even to your worst enemy.

My Aunty was admitted for 5 days at Pushpagiri hospital. I am thankful to the entire staff especially GCO Leena for the excellent care they took of my aunty... Overall I am thankful to all staff for their smiling and courteous behaviour and for the great care that they took of my aunty. Above all I would also like to thank Dr. Arun N who has always ensured that my aunty get the best treatment. I am very thankful to Dr. Arun and all staff for this excellence and especially thank you Pushpagiri Hospital.

Very bad experience at Pushpagiri Hospital, Thiruvalla. I came to the Gastro department with token number 32. Even by 2:35 PM, they hadn't reached token number 20. Only one junior consultant doctor was available and he also left for lunch, leaving all patients waiting with no updates. A private hospital that charges heavily should provide proper care and staffing. Here, the management was totally irresponsible. Patients were suffering and no one cared. Government Medical College Alappuzha gives far better service and timely treatment. I don't recommend Pushpagiri Hospital to anyone who expects quality service. This is not patient care - it's just business. disappointed.

My father, Alexander Jacob was recently admitted to Pushpagiri Medical College Hospital following a fall that resulted in a hip fracture. He underwent a successful hip replacement surgery under the care of Dr. Samson and team from the Orthopedic Department. We are truly grateful for their skill, professionalism and reassuring presence throughout the hospitalization. All the excellent staff nurses of Ward 15 must be praised for their excellent care,compassion dedication to work especially during the challenging times.Their patience and support made a real difference in his early recovery and comfort. A very special thanks to Mr. Mathew from the admission counselling section, who played a key role in making the admission process smooth and stress-free. His calm guidance, clear communication, and supportive approach truly made a difference during the difficult time for our family. We also want to acknowledge the PRO staffs of various departments who were always available, approachable and helpful. Last but not least we thank the emergency care team for their swift and efficient response during the initial hours, ensuring timely medical attention for my father. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care and coordination at Pushpagiri Medical College Hospital and sincerely thank every team involved in my father's treatment and recovery.

My Father was admitted to Pushpagiri Hospital for 7days. I am thankful to the entire Staff who took good care of my Dad and attended him whenever assistance was required.
