They addressed all my concerns and made sure I felt at ease before the surgery. The recovery process was smooth, and I had regular follow-up appointments to ensure everything was healing well. Overall, I had a positive experience at Believers Church Medical College and would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking medical care in the area.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding the pedestrian pathway at Believers Hospital. I visit four times a month, and during my recent visit last week, I had a minor accident. While walking on the pedestrian pavement, I accidentally hit my head on some tree branches that were leaning over the path. This seems to be a recurring issue, as I have noticed other patients also facing similar difficulties due to the overhanging branches. I kindly request the hospital management to take immediate action to trim or remove the leaning branches to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors. Thank You.

Excellent services by the Physiotherapy department, special thanks to my therapist Alby Mathew , very kind enough to understand our pain and suffering. He did a wonderful job and also his colleagues was also supportive. Starting from the reception, the staff ( Laxmi )was attentive and kind . Thank you so much

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at BELIEVERS Hospital, Tiruvalla - Endocrinology Department I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Believers Church Medical College Hospital, Tiruvalla, during my visit to consult Dr. Philip Finny (Endocrinologist). Despite having a prior appointment and being specifically asked to come at 11:00 AM, I ended up waiting for over 3 hours, and by 2:00 PM, the doctor still has 2 more patients before me. My token number was 20, and even by the time patient number 16 was called, more than an hour had passed. To make matters worse, we were then told the doctor had gone for lunch, and we were asked to do the same! This isn't just poor management--it feels like a deliberate tactic to keep patients waiting, so they end up spending money at the hospital's cafeteria. Patients--many of whom are elderly or in pain--are left sitting for hours without clear communication or updates. It's extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. I came back without meeting the doctor. On top of that, my uncle was scheduled for his 4th dialysis at 12:00 PM and was still waiting well after 2:00 PM. Dialysis is a critical treatment that should never be delayed in this manner. The lack of urgency and compassion from the staff is shocking. What's most frustrating is that this hospital brands itself as a reputed institution, but the reality is that patient care seems to come second to profit-making. This kind of mismanagement not only wastes time but also puts people's health at risk. If you care about your time, health, and dignity--I strongly advise avoiding this hospital. The system seems broken, and sadly, it appears they are more focused on business than on genuinely helping people.

One of the best hospital in Kerala. It has a very calm atmosphere, and they maintain cleanliness everywhere. The administration and housekeeping staff are very good and considerate of poor people.

I recently underwent surgery at your hospital and was overall very pleased with the treatment I received. The nursing staff were exceptional in their care and attention. However, I did notice that the junior doctors could improve on their coordination and communication, which occasionally impacted the overall experience. The hospital's facilities and services were excellent, and I appreciate the care I received. Nevertheless, one area that requires immediate attention from the hospital administration is the quality of drinking water. Unfortunately, the water dispensers provided highly chlorinated water, which can be detrimental to patients' health. I strongly recommend addressing this issue to ensure the well-being of your patients. Overall, I am grateful for the care I received and hope that the hospital will take my feedback constructively to further improve its services. In fact, based on my experience, I would highly recommend your hospital to anyone seeking medical care, even over other reputable institutions like Pushpagiri Hospital.

Extremely disappointed. Came for an OP visit after booking the appointment over phone. We were asked to come at 12:45 PM. After reaching we had to wait more than 4 hours to see the doctor. I came with my sister and she was extremely sick and this was really unacceptable. Suggest to visit any other hospital if you don't want to increase your sickness by just sitting in an AC room for hours.
