I had a disappointing experience at the hospital due to the evident lack of proper management and organization. The attenders and support staff appeared confused and unsure of their responsibilities, creating an unsettling environment--especially during critical moments like transferring a patient from one department to another. It was concerning to see that the bystander had to remain extremely alert and involved during such transfers, which should ideally be handled efficiently by trained hospital staff. Additionally, I observed that many of the supporting nurses seemed to be inexperienced students with minimal supervision. This lack of professionalism and experience in patient care is deeply troubling in a medical setting. I sincerely hope the hospital management takes these issues seriously and implements the necessary measures to ensure better coordination, staff training, and patient safety moving forward.

Good service. Happy to get feedbacks. Improving according to customer reviews. All types of rooms and full time available causality makes it more great option. IV or drip for pregnant women are not beneficial here. You'll be charged 90 per hour while in dripping. Average dripping happens 4 times a week. If you calculate the amount in 4 months, it's heavier than any health centres. Doctors and most of the (95%) staffs are good in attitude. Some of them(5%) are egoistic. Helpful canteen and 24 hr store full fill your stomach and other stationary needs.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue faced by patients and visitors at crescent hospital. During my recent visit to the OP (Outpatient) department, there were no staff members present at the OP reception for more than 15 to 30 minutes. This caused significant inconvenience and confusion, as many patients were waiting for OP registration and to collect their test results. The absence of staff during peak hours reflects poorly on the hospital's commitment to patient care and service. I kindly request you to take immediate steps to ensure proper staffing at the reception to avoid such issues in the future.

I just want to inform the management of that. In the OP department, at least, you should use an in-or-out board for customer information. Otherwise, you can use a token number. How will the patients know if they are next?

I recently visited Red Crescent Hospital and had a very positive experience. The facility is clean and well-organized. The doctors and nurses were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The medical care provided was top-notch, and the state-of-the-art equipment ensured accurate diagnosis and treatment.I was particularly impressed with the gynecology department. Dr. Samira is great - she is compassionate, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She made my wife comfortable and provided exceptional care throughout my visit.

I had a very bad experience at Red Crescent. In the past, before its renovation, the hospital was not as well-maintained as it is today. Back then, the nurses had rude behavior, but we still opted for this hospital for minor illnesses like fever and vomiting because it was more affordable compared to other hospitals. Now, after renovation, things have changed. New nurses with decent behavior have been hired, and air-conditioned casualty areas have been introduced, labeled as green and yellow zones. However, today's doctors were the worst. I had two bad experiences with the OP doctor. The first time, I went there for throat pain. The doctor said it was an infection and advised a throat culture after two days. The medicine bill came to around 2,000, but my throat pain remained unchanged. Worried, I consulted a well-known private hospital, where the doctor told me it was just a normal throat pain and nothing serious. Recently, I visited again for period pain. In the past, we used to go there for a pain relief injection only in emergencies, which usually cost around 150-200, including the OP ticket. But this time, they inserted a cannula and started an IV. When I asked why, they simply said, "The doctor ordered it," but the doctor never informed us about needing an IV. We had only asked for an injection, yet he insisted on an IV instead. Before the hospital's renovation, I had taken a pain relief injection from here before, but this time, the medicine caused an allergic reaction. I experienced discomfort and shortness of breath. I informed the staff, and they briefly stopped the IV, only to restart it at a slower pace. However, I still had difficulty breathing, so they had to stop it completely. Then, without informing us, they changed the medicine and administered it through the IV. When we asked them to stop the treatment, the nurse ignored us. After a heated discussion, they finally stopped. A simple treatment that used to cost 150 now cost us around 500 in just minutes. Had we continued, the bill could have easily reached 1,000 or more. To make matters worse, the nurse even asked if we had taken a CB test--why would that even be necessary for period pain? They are nothing but money-hungry scammers!

I had a very good experience with the Home Care department of Red Crescent hospital. My father aged 92 years was facing some health problems and was not in a condition to make the travel to the hospital. So I contacted their team and got a prompt response. They reached our home at night itself and started IV transfusion. They did the needful blood tests and started medicines too as per the advice of the doctor. Their team is very professional and well behaved, and took utmost care of my father. Mr.Arun was very helpful and responsive to our calls. I am extremely thankful to Ajmal for his compassionate behaviour towards my father. Overall we are satisfied with the experience and would recomend this service to others who are in need of home care. Anitha. K
