Dedicated staff.. Grandmother was admitted here on 421 room. the nurses on dward was very hardworking and supportive... Really satisfied with treatment and everything

To be very conscious for medical negligence .....Very bad experience. With fake ecg report insisted to proceed angiogram immediately and when we realized and informed to the doctor, simply ignored and didn't take care about the issue. Addressed tha same to admin bia email... unfortunately no response. It's really disappointed. Never advise to go.

It's necessary for a wash basin outside the bathroom Mosquito bite control measures should be strong , mosquito nets etc .. And the switch board facilities are limited Care and all other facilities are good

Room cleaning is not satisfactory. Especially toilet cleaning. There is no time schedule for cleaning. They are doing as they like. Labour room nurses are really helpful and friendly but the rest are not cooperating.

My experience in poyanil hospital is about dental department. Doctors and staffs are very cooperative , kind and i had nice experience in this hospital. Dr.Fousiya and Sister Reena are very comfortable for communication so I enjoyed treatment.I always prefer poyanil hospital for my teeth

Ver bad experience. Despite placing our trust in Poyyaniyil Hospital in Punalur for my mother's treatment of a urinary infection, the experience has been profoundly disappointing. Under the care of Dr. Vinod, she was hospitalized for five days during which we faced exorbitant charges and were pressured to purchase medications that proved unsuitable for her condition. Even after completing the prescribed treatment, her follow-up tests showed no improvement, prompting the hospital to recommend an additional five-day course of injections administered twice daily. Shockingly, after completing this extended treatment, the infection count had worsened compared to her original state. The entire ordeal has been mentally and financially draining, and it feels as though my mother's health, our time, and our resources were given little to no consideration. Such negligence erodes public trust in the medical profession and casts serious doubt on the standards upheld by this institution.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the care received during my recent delivery experience. Doctor anjana and all staff are very friendly and supportive .Additionally positive reviews often mention hospital management.
