Patient management is poor. Treatments satisfactory though. One has to spend whole day approx 3-6 hrs for a review or consultation in some department. I have got very bad experiance from ortho and neuro departments. Sad from good hospitals in this regards

Being from Sri Lanka, my experience at this hospital was far beyond my expectations, despite the language barrier, I never felt ignored, and the staff always showed genuine care. From the attendants to the nursing staff, everyone was always smiling, never irritated, and ready to help throughout the day. There was no need to repeat requests, as they gave attention the moment it was needed. The services were well-organized, with no delays, and everyone was extremely supportive. The normal fear of being in another country and not knowing the language was completely absent, I felt safe, cared for, and found the treatment to be very affordable. Truly grateful for the exceptional care and professionalism of the entire team.

My grandmother Mrs Ayisha was recently admitted to KIMS Al Shifa, and while Dr. Jafer did a commendable job with her treatment and showed great professionalism, our overall experience at the hospital was disappointing due to the hospital staff. One major issue was the mishandling of the CT scan report -- it went missing from the hospital's side. When we approached the staff for help, they were extremely uncooperative and irresponsible. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, we were made to wait for hours just to get a reissued copy. The attitude and behaviour of several staff members were rude and dismissive throughout the process, which added a lot of stress to an already difficult time for our family. The medical care from Dr. Jafer deserves appreciation, but the hospital management and staff behavior need serious improvement. Patients and families deserve more compassion and accountability.

I had a generally positive experience with the treatment at Kims Alshifa-perinthalmanna, but unfortunately, the after-service experience fell short of expectations. During our stay, the staff were respectful and attentive. However, post-discharge, the level of care and respect dropped significantly, particularly in the Medisep insurance wing, financial department and Gynaecology Nursing Station. To elevate their service, I would suggest that these departments focus on maintaining a consistent level of care and respect beyond the initial treatment phase.

I had a good experience. I received good care regarding my surgery. Dr. Amina Noushad is a very sincere person. She provided good support. The ICU staff and nurses were all very caring.
