Dr. MM Hospital

I had a really good experience at MM Hospital. The doctors are very friendly and explain things clearly, which really helped ease my worries. The nurses and other staff were also kind and helpful -- they always responded politely and made sure I was comfortable. Overall, I felt well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team!

I visited this hospital for a follow-up on a finger fracture, which was initially diagnosed at the tip of the finger. However, during the check-up, the doctor suddenly mentioned that the fracture was in the middle joint, without clearly explaining the change or reviewing my previous reports in detail. This left me confused and concerned about the accuracy of the diagnosis. Due to this lack of clarity and confidence in the assessment, I consulted another doctor at a different hospital, who helped me understand my condition better and guided me properly through the healing process.

The staff was courteous and guided me efficiently through each stage of the check-up. The waiting time was minimal, and the tests were conducted smoothly. The hospital had a comfortable environment, with modern equipment and clearly marked departments.

Good behavior neat and cleaning .and responsibilities towards patient is awesome. Thank full to management this type of doctor and nurse and all subordinates are very carm and work working. Very sadly, I am writing this review about MM Hospital, Pappinisseri. Today, I visited the hospital with my colleague who had a hand injury. His hand was bleeding and he was in severe pain, so we immediately went to the casualty. Despite it being an emergency case, the response from the staff was very disappointing. We were told to take an X-ray and meet Dr. Dhanoop, but even after that, there was no proper attention given. The staff did not prioritize the emergency condition and made us wait until other patients were seen, while my colleague sat there in pain with a bleeding hand. There was a clear lack of urgency and coordination, which is very upsetting in a place meant for emergency care. This was not my first bad experience at MM Hospital, which makes this even more frustrating. I sincerely request the hospital management to take these issues seriously and work on improving emergency care, staff response, and overall hospitality. Patients in pain deserve immediate attention and respectful treatment. I am giving this review one star only because it's the minimum allowed otherwise, I wouldn't have given even that.

Mm hospital overall treatment is good. The health checkup service were good and the staff and doctors were exellent in all ways. Especially dr. Allen is very knowledgeable doctor. And doctor like our family friend.

I was admitted for an orthopeadic surgery, treated by Dr. Dhanoop. His behavior, the way of treatment is excellent. Not only that the hospital atmosphere, the way of dealing patients by all department such, PRO group, dealing the insurance claim by perticular Office staff, nursing staffs, cleaning staffs etc etc are Excellent. All over I got excellent service. Especially, I thanks to Mr. Sarath for his support. Congrats to all. Mohandas Gandhi Sundaram.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received at MM Hospital. I would highly recommend this hospital especially Dr. Sooraj for anyone seeking quality medical treatment.
