Was attending as a bystander for my parent and was impressed with room cleanliness, politeness of the nurses and the timeliness of the treatment. While the treatment may have taken more time than usual, there was a sense of security vide the relationships built by the nurses with the patient. Overall a secure experience.

I was admitted to Room No. 2203 at Thangam Hospital and had a very comfortable experience. The staff were caring, attentive, and professional throughout. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the doctors ensured proper care and regular check-ins. Grateful for the smooth and supportive treatment received here. Thank you, Thangam Hospital!

The absolute worst hospital possible! They treated my grandmother very horribly. We admitted her for a fever. They said it was a urine infection first. Then said it was food infection. Later on said they couldn't identify the cause. She was kept on icu for 6 days, with no signs of improving. The doctors were absolutely worst and did nothing to help and kept confusing us on the diagnosis and offered no good words and instead was very insensitive while saying certain things. The nurses had little to no patience and my grandmother claimed that they behaved very rashly and hurt her physically during their administrations of medicine. We wanted to transfer her to another hospital but had to beg the staff to release her but they couldn't be bothered and made us wait because they hadn't gotten the full set of bills. Even when we insisted one of us would stay back to pay, they wouldn't release her. Please do a better job of treating people.

Overall, the medical services provided were good. The doctors and nursing staff were professional and attentive. However, we did notice that the cleaning and room maintenance could be improved. For instance, the bedsheets in our room were not changed for two days, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. We hope the hospital addresses this in the future. Despite this, the medical treatment itself was satisfactory, and we appreciate the efforts of the medical team.

Room 101 I recently underwent a ilizarov surgery at THANGAM PMRC and had a great experience. The team was professional, courteous, and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. The facility was clean and well-equipped. Dr. Vasudevan P N, along with Thanku and team, was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The results are looking promising so far! During my stay as a Jaundice affected patient here at Thangam hospital the staffs took care of me as if I'm their own family member . The doctor who took care me was DR. Anjana madam . Her attitude towards the patients is too good . I stayed in the room 2233 of the new building. The room was neat and clean and you'll get 24/7 assistance from the Nurses .
